How We Began

What started as a hobby to bake cakes for nephews, nieces, and my own kids, turn into the birth of a one-of-a-kind shop in the world. The kids used to call me Uncle Osaka due to my time abroad and that’s the name I decided to stick by.

After spending a great part of my life in the stock exchange of Osaka, I finally decided to retire and return, bringing back memories of Japanese delicacies that I knew I would never find anywhere else. What started in 2018 took nearly two years to reach perfection.

Experimentation and Success

It was so good that I decided to share it with the world, but with a twist of my own. It’s not your average Japanese Cheesecake, it’s a super special upgraded version of the delectable mouthwatering treat. Besides the classic version, after years of trial and error, I have now introduced NINE different flavors of Japanese Cheesecake; and this is a global exclusivity!!! Aside from the famous Japanese Cheesecake, we are also offering the famous Japanese treats of Mochi and Taiyaki; making us the first shop outside of Japan offering all three delicacies under one roof!
